Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The first purpose-built MAN/ERF dealership is opened in the Medway by CEO Des Evans.

RIVTrucks, which this year celebrates its 25th year as an MAN dealer, has combined its ERF Medway and Aylesford MAN operations on a 13.5m,three-acre site on the banks of the River Medway, near Maidstone. The site is well placed for the busy motorway network south-east of London.

The large workshop has plenty of scope for expansion. As well as free-standing column lifts, it's equipped with a state-of-the-art Siemens tachograph rolling road and MoT-standard brake test rollers. The parts operation, initially on two floors, A MV dealer principal Jerry Potter (left) with Des Evans has room for a third level when required.

The dealership is at the centre of MV Trucks' hub-and-spoke operation, which includes service points at Brighton, Gatwick and Croydon.

Four of MAN's direct sales team are based at the site, as is MV's own used truck salesman,Mark Clements. He certainly got off to a good start by selling an ERF ECS to a local operator during the opening ceremony.

The site has a total of 40 staff, including 10 apprentices. Opening hours are 6am-midnight.Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. •
