0 am indebted to West Country driving instructor Steve Robertson for picturing this worrying sign, spotted on one of the Exeter test routes. Just what is Devon's Department of Transport up to? Should it be a particularly scorching summer in the land of cream teas and golden beaches I can only assume the removal of the ozone layer for repair is a contributory Factor. Or could pranksters with a spare '0' be to blame? Surely nt.
