• A Stoke-on-Trent haulier is offering a £500 reward For information following a spate of break-ins whIch culminated in a £15,000 arson attack on its base. Vandals broke into the premises of Reid Freight Services at Longton just after 22:00hrs on Wednesday 25 May. They cut air brakes and set fire to two cabs. A Leyland Freighter had to be written off as a result and two other vehicles were damaged. The company has recruited a security guard to protect its fleet oF 22-vehicles.
