Numerals, Goldanger House. Goldanger, Essex. use a new method of construction. Plastic digits are fixed by high frequency welding to a plastic background, and this in turn is bonded to a metal plate.
If required. the plastic can be supplied with a pressure-sensitive adhesive background which is covered with a protective backing paper until it is to be fixed on to the vehicle.
Retail prices of the number plates are £1 13s. 9d. a pair for steel and self-adhesive plastic backgrounds and fl 16s. 9d. a pair for aluminium alloy backgrounds.
