Probe into London Night Parking rIFFICIAL investigations into the night parking of heavy commercial vehicles in residential streets have now started. First areas to be looked at are Bermondsey and Lambeth, where the Ministry of Transport, in collaboration with the Metropolitan Police, are consulting officials of the two councils.
