Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AS this year's Congress of the Tramways Light Railways and Transport Association is being held at Leeds., it is appropriate that the first paper should be given by the general manager and engineer of Leeds City Tramways and Transport Department, Mr. W. Vane Iforland, A.M.I.MechE., M.I.A.E., Minst.T., the title being "Modern Mass Transportation Methods." Points from the discussion on this and subsequent papers will be given in our next issue. To-day (Friday) there are two papers—" Regeneration of Trolley Vehicles," by M. W. A. Stevens, M.Inst.T., and "Alternative Fuels for Omnibus Engines," by Mr. D. E. Bell, A.M.I.E.E., general manager, 'Yorkshire (W.D.) Electric Tramways, Ltd.
