Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ors not what you're thinking; yet another public servant with a hand in the cookie jar. The Rt Hon Glenda Jackson MP Minister for Transport in London, is swapping the keys to two new LPG-fuelled Ford Transits for a jar of soot from a diesel-powered vehicle with Pat Howes, executive chairman of Securicor Distribution. The company will use the vans for parcel deliveries and collections in central London as Part of a six-month alternative-fuels initiative run by Securicor in partnership with Ford and Calor Gas. If the experiment is successful, Securicor Omega Express will consider converting more of its 3,000-strong fleet. All of which can only be good news for the environment. Of course, down at the Palace of Westminster MPs have been running on hot air and gas for years.
