Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

this year. Could you tell me if this means that my drivers will not have to adjust their timings in either direction when British Summer Time begins in March ?

At present, the time in France is one hour in front of British time and this has prevailed since the clocks were put back one hour in Britain last October. British Summer Time commences on March 21, when clocks will be advanced one hour. For one week till March 28, British and French time will coincide, but French clocks will then be advanced one hour and the situation will revert to British time being one hour behind French time.
