Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• About 10 hauliers face losing their operating centre and dozens more will have to find somewhere else to park when Greenwich Council closes a lorry park this month.

The council says it can no longer afford to subsidise the Boord Street truck park, because it is used by a dwindling number of hauliers.

But the Freight Transport Association is concerned that such a well-known and established parking area--it has been there since the mid 1970s—is under threat.

The council is trying to find a tenant to operate the parking area, which has capacity for 60 trucks and is around 100m from the southern entrance of the Blackwall Tunnel, just off Tunnel Avenue.
