Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

fV1AAKS and Spencers' remarkable growth during the past three gloomy years in what is widely regarded as the wasteland of the North, is mirrored by another giant of the supermarket league. Twenty years ago Kwik Save began trading out of a few disused cinemas and chapels in North Wales. Now it has nearly 400 purpose-built stores throughout the United Kingdom and plans to open 40 more in the North-East this year. The chain also has a new distribution centre at Sherburnin-Elmet, North Yorkshire. These operations are sustained by a Daf fleet of 14040 rigids and 100 tractive units working with more than 450 tandem-axle semi-trailers. Ten of the tractors and two of the rigids have just been put on the road. Kwik Save has probably put many small traders out of business, but it must be a little gold mine to Daf Trucks.
