COLIN RAYNOR, who retired as transport manager of Lincolnshire County Council in January, is joining the management consultancy firm of PSM as an associate.
He has worked in transport since the age of 18, first with the army, where he served in Europe and Malaya, and then with Unilever before entering local government in 1972.
He was appointed transport manager at Lincolnshire a year later. During his service with the county council he introduced commercially oriented transport control and management.
