Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

COMMERCIAL vehicle production in November 1979 was 8000 up on the same month in 1978, according to the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders.

November production rose from 24,305 in 1978 to 32,407 in 1979, while weekly average production increased from 6076 to 8102.

By far the biggest jump in weekly average production is recorded at Ford, where it has recovered from the 1978 strike. Only 25 vehicles were built each week then, while last year the average figure rose 3541 per week.

On the other hand, Bedford production plummeted from 1978's 3028 per week to 908.

BL has staged a healthy overall recovery, with Austin Morris shooting up from 512 in 1978 to 1331 per week in November 1979, and Leyland Vehicles' production rising from 680 per week in 1978 to 761.
