DAF Trucks' export division has appointed Saudi Arabian Truck Agencies as its Saudi Importer. SATA is a newly formed company and will be controlled and staffed by DAF-trained personnel.
SATA aims to establish sales service and parts outlets in the main commercial centres of Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam. A service point with comprehensive spares stock already exists in Riyadh and offices and workshop complexes will open shortly in Jeddah and Dammam.
Arrangements are currently being made to support existing DAF customers in the interim period prior to workshop completion.
DAF technical staff are already in the country.
