A Your record of operating cost incurred and revenue earned by the damaged coach over the past few months should provide you with a basis for your claim for a loss of profits. It might be as well to base it in particular on the period last year which corresponds with the current period when your vehicle will be out of service plus a reasonable amount to take into account any intervening inflation. You should, of course, offset any profit which you might make if you hire a vehicle in order to fulfil your commitments. Alternatively, if such a course resulted in a loss, then this should be added to the amount claimed.
