Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A most useful feature of the just-published 1973 edition of the RHA Haulage Manual is a diary included at the front of the book and containing details of the main events in the Association's calendar. Users will be able to make their own entries against the appropriate dates on the basis of information in the manual itself or in the Press, including, of course Commercial Motor. Space for further cross references is afforded by generous margins on the left side of the editorial pages.

Fog, skips and waste disposal are among subjects now given separate headings. Over 17,000 members of the RHA are receiving copies of the manual which may be purchased at £2 post free from the RHA head office, 22 Upper Woburn Place, London WC1H OES, or from area offices.
