• Believing that the industry should propose standards for transport managers' qualifications and not wait for them to be specified by the Government, the education and training committee of the RHA has set up a five-man working party to decide the qualifications and draft a training syllabus.
It favours the issue of several classes of • licence to denote different levels of skill, and will put its final proposals to the RTITB through the liaison committee.
