• Determined to start the heavy goods vehicle testing scheme on July 1 as planned, but faced with the fact that some official stations will not be completed in time, the Ministry of Transport is arranging to use suitable commercial vehicle dealership premises to bridge the gap.
It is understood that only a few stations are affected, among them at least one on the South Coast. Ministry personnel have been making on-the-spot inspections of trade premises.
