Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NORTH WALES-BASED Delivery Solutions (Delsol) has secured funding to help buy a £500,000 a depot in Deeside as part of its expansion plans.

A member of APC Overnight and The Pallet Network (TPN), the Gwynedd business has purchased the 9,000ft2 facility on the

Sandycroft Industrial Estate, after securing £400,000 of funding from Barclays.

Director Tony Parry (above right, with fellow director Simon Walker) says Delsol has been renting the site since mid-2009, when it bought the assets of the former owner, collapsed ARC member UK Sameday.

"We have been expanding over the past 18 months because of the acquisition and increasing TPN volumes. This purchase secures us for the future and the depot has more space for our HGVs. We have long-term ambitions to expand a major operation from here and can market to the Wrexham and Chester areas more easily than from our Gwynedd site," says Parry.

Phil Thomas, Barclays local business manager for North West Wales, says: "Our support shows that debt funding is still available from Barclays for firms that have a clear business plan, an established record and well-organised financial forecasts. Moreover, we always want to encourage firms to buy more assets. This helps underpin confidence and drive expansion."
