Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Here in Britain we take our high-street pharmacies for granted. In Kazakhstan, in central Asia, bandages and medicines are sold unregulated from market stalls. This practice could result in lethal consequences for the consumer, which Is why management consultant Gordon Kell from Nottinghamshire decided to volunteer his services to the British Executive Service Overseas.

Kell travelled to Kazakhstan and discovered an organisation co-owned by the state and private enterprise which tests medical supplies coming into the country. However, it does not have the basic equipment to do the job properly. On his return to the UK Kell persuaded a number, of pharmaceutical companies to donate equipment and a diagnostic centre. And this is where you come in. So far he has 17 pallet loads; now he needs someone to transport them to Kazakhstan.

If you can help please contact Elspeth Graham at 8E50 on 0171 849 7922.
