The new deal was hammered out after intervention by the United Road Transport Union regional officer Keith Marron. He was brought in after management refused to renegotiate the pay-cut in November, three months after it was first implemented.
Managing director Bryan Taylor-Balls said the company had been forced to slash wages because of poor trading. The acrossthe-board cut affected 20 drivers and seven other staff.
In June the company imposed a 5% cut without consulting the staff which it was forced to repay.
