Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Wood Transport hit on the bright idea of involving what they term "the flavour of youth". They arranged for one of their outfits to start its journey to the land of the sausage from Lansdowne County Middle School which is near the company's headquarters at High Wycombe, and encouraged 360 youngsters to release helium-filled balloons in exchange for ice creams provided by the company.

But why choose the "youth" theme? Because, says the company, "the heart of its business is its team of enthisiastic young people, mostly from schools."

The new service is what Cave Wood calls its "Sprint" service, for urgent consignments, with a money-back guarantee if the goods are not delivered door-to-door within 48 hours. There is also a new "Super Sprint" service to the Ruhr for shippers wishing delivery before noon on the day following collection, for which there is a small supplement.
