Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Freight Rover has restructured its sales operation to strengthen its efforts in both domestic and export markets.

Key appointments include the company's first director of export sales Keith Brice, who for the last three years has been the company's network sales and development manager. With 23 years' sales and marketing experience in the motor industry he has been specialising in light commercial operations since 1978. In his new position Brice continues to be responsible for the overall co-ordination and development of the Daf Sherpa project.

To run its recently-merged network sales and fleet sales operations Freight Rover has appointed Rory O'Connor as director of UK sales.

O'Connor has spent most of his career in light commercial vehicle sales and marketing activities. He joined the Freight Rover team in 1982.
