In Japan. A.P.V. Kabushiki Kaisha has been formed in conjunction with A.P.V.'s present agents, the American Trading Co.. with offices in Tokyo. In Spain. ARV. Iberia has been formed in conjunction with Alto Vacio, manufacturers of high vacuum equipment, and with A.C.O.E.X., who are A.P.V.'s present agents in that country. The new company maintains its offices in Madrid.
A.P.V. Iberia will manufacture certain items of plant to A.P.V. designs and will sell to the chemical industry.
Sates to the dairy, brewery and food industries will continue to be handled by A.C.O.E.X. for the time being.
