Anderson, of Vitafoam Ltd., Middleton, supported the application and stated that his company's account with Naftali for the first three months of this year was twice what it had been during the Same period in 1962. The applicant dealt with all Vitafoam's export traffic and production was increasing. Evidence was also given by representatives of Greengate and Irwell Ltd., Mutual Mills Ltd. and Mutual Mills (Filament Division) Ltd.

Mr. F. Clayton, objecting for British Railways Board, said there was not enough evidence to justify a grant. British Road Services also opposed the application_
