Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A FTER the Scottish Traffic Commis

sioners had granted Edinburgh Corporation's application for fares increases last week, the chairman. Mr. W. F. Quin, took the opportunity to refer to Mr, W. M. Little's move to Scottish Omnibuses in September.

He congratulated Edinburgh's transport manager on his new appointment and expressed the hope that the relationships which existed between the Commissioners and Mr. Little would be carried on when he moved over.

This was Mr. Little's last appearance as principal witness for the Corporation at a fares hearing, but there seems little doubt that in his new role he will be appearing before Mr. Quin and his colleagues.
