AN agreement has been announced between Clark Equipment international C.A., the Austin Motor Co., Ltd., and Crompton Parkinson, Ltd., whereby all parties share equally in E.T.D., Ltd., the company who market the Stacatrue fork-lift truck and Electriear platform truck.

Under this agreement, Clark patents and designs covering a wide range of light and heavy-duty fork trucks and straddle carriers, will be available to I.T.D., Ltd.

The reconstituted 1.T.D., Ltd., will take over the manufacturing resources at the Hall Green factory from Austin Crompton Parkinson Electric Vehicles, Ltd.. and become responsible for the manufacture, sales and servicing of industrial platform and fork trucks. Factory extensions are proceeding at Hall Green to deal with the expanded range resulting from the combination of companies and interests.
