Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE dispute between Crosville Motor Services, Ltd., and Llandudiso and Colwyn Bay Electric Railway, Ltd., over alleged unlawful duplication (The Commercial Motor, June 28) has been settled by agreement between the companies.

It has been agreed to employ official dispatchers to ensure that the buses of both companies operating over a common route leave in rotation at fiveminute interVals. There will also be tighter control of duplication, and duplicates will run immediately in front of the service vehicles.

The original hearing was adjourned indefinitely for both companies to consider the idea of having observers in the area.
