Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ANEW Mercedes-Benz light bus has recently been imported into Ireland. It provides comfortable accommodation for 17 passengers, there being 14 fixed seats and three tip-up seats in the rear of the centre aisle.

Known as the 0319D, it is available in three forms capable of carrying 10, 17 or 18 passengers, and is intended for excursions and staff service.

The power unit is a 1,767 c.c. fourcylindered oil engine which develops 46 b.h.p. and is similar to that used in the Mercedes-Benz cars. A petrol engine is optional. The fuel-consumption rate claimed for the oiler is over 30 ni.p.g. A four-speed gearbox is employed, with synchromesh on all gears.

Maximum speed is stated to be 50 m.p.h., whilst manceuvrability has received consideration in reducing the turning circle to 37 ft. 8 in.
