THE autumnal conference of the National Association of Furniture Warehousemen and Removers is to be held at Windsor on October 8. The headquarters will be the White Hart Hotel. The programme has not yet been settled, but items under discussion include accident prevention and modern removal equipment.
A scheme for co-operation between members in repairing vehicles which break down on the road has been abandoned by the N.A.F.W.R. The idea was suggested by a Scottish member, but only three offers of assistance were received.
