Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A FURTHER 9.2km (5.75 miles) dual carriageway section of the A180 trunk road in South Humberside has been opened, linking Brigg and Ulceby and the port of Immingham.

The route now starts at the eastern end of the Brigg by-pass (M180) at the Barnetby Interchange and runs to a new interchange at Brocklesby where a single-carriageway link has been provided to the existing A160.

The final 12.8km (eight miles) of the A180 between Ulceby and Grimsby is expected to be opened later this year.
