MORE THAN 50 allegatior involving drivers' hours and censing offences against Sufic, haulier Barry Norman and fin of his drivers (CM November 2 1982) are still outstanding. TI case was adjourned for the thil time by the Lackfor magistrates following a reque from the prosecution.
The drivers are P. J. Addiso who faces seven charges of dri ing without a licence, seven driving without an hgv licenc eight of exceeding the permittt hours and one of failing to gh his name and address to a trafi examiner; and B. E. Palmer, faces three charges of drivir without an hgv licence. Mr Nc man, who operates from rvi ilde hall, is charged with permittir the offences.
