Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

PO Box 2, Triggs Mews, West Didsbury, Manchester, M20 BOB.

PRO GRAPH planning boards are custom-built to meet individual requirements. They consist of a honeycomb plastics grid of 0.25m. squares into which a range of plain and 'printed coloured square, round and shaped signals can be inserted.

The signals supplied with the charting system are precisely located anywhere on the grid and ease of operation is ensured as there is no friction grip, the units being secured in position because two-thirds of their length is immersed into the depth of the grid.

Various features can be incorporated into the Butler equipment. There can be 'interchangeable sections to enable perpetual planning to be carried out, and there can be self-returning elastic "flowlines" to show the situation regarding job completion.

Also available are card indices for positioning on the left-hand side, these being of the overlapping type with the bottom edge visible and registering with each line. In the case of a vehicle being used for maintenance, the record card can hold information on the vehicle specification. Perspex covers and engraved heading scales and titles can also be included with Pro Graph equipment if required. This system has been used by a number of companies for fleet maintenance including Esso who has this system installed at its workshops near Aylesbury. These are used to indicate preventive maintenance periods, test dates and so on.
