Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Rettendon Common, Chelmsford, Eaaex.

RADIANT HEATERS, a combined radiant/ convector heater and an infra-red heater in this company's range are operated on LPG, and a high-level model is included which can also operate on manufactured or natural gas. Outputs vary between 3000 Btu /hr and 103,000 Btu /hr.

The M125 and M60 Maxi-Heaters are multi-position stand models that can be suspended; they have outputs of 12,500 Btu /hr and 6250 Btu /hr and consumptions of 5 cu ft /hr and 2.5 cu ft/hr respectively. They operate at 41 in. water-gauge pressure.

In the case of the Mobile models, MR1 and MR2, the units are mounted on wheeled stands that accommodate an LPG cylinder. The output of the MR2 at 25,000 Btu /hr is double that of the MR1 and fuel consumptions are in the same ratio, the consumption of the MR2 being 10 cu ft/hr. The MR2 is fitted with a half-heat tap and both units operate at 14in. water-gauge pressure.

A two-position portable, the Handi-Heater, has an output of 12,500 Btu /hr and a consumption of 5 cu ft/hr, and also operates at 14in. water-gauge pressure. Having the same burner head as the Handi-Heater, a cylinder-mounted heater has angle adjustment.

The Salamander provides radiant and convected heat and can operate at pressures of 5 psi to 10 psi to provide outputs of 60,000 Btu /hr to 103,000 Btu /hr, consumptions varying between 23.5 cu ft/hr and 41 cu ft /hr.

Incorporating the LPG cylinder in its housing, the Mayray M heater operates at 11in. water-gauge pressure, has an output of 5800 Btu /hr and consumes 1.7 cu ft of gas per hour. The Ul is a small radiant heater producing 3000 Btu /hr that is designed for fitting to the LPG cylinder or for chain suspension. It has a consumption of 1.5 cu ft /hr and operates at 14in. water-gauge pressure.

Intended for factory and commercial use, high-level heaters are available as roof-suspended and wall-mounted models in multiples, each unit having an output of 12,500 Btu /hr and a consumption of therm /hr. Permanent pilots, electric ignition, flame-failure devices and temperature control are optional. There are five overhead suspended (OS) models and five wallmounted (WM) models with outputs of 12,500 Btu /hr to 75,000 Btu /hr.

Models 081 and WM1 have reflectors of pressed aluminium, 0S2 and WM2 are of fabricated aluminium and larger models are of stainless steel. When required two WM1s can be fitted back-to-back to provide a wedge-shaped heater.

The Titan infra-red suspended model produces 43,000 Btu /hr and has a consumption of therm /hr. It is controlled by a capillary thermostat (Model A) or a thermistor sensing device (Model C). It is equipped with a permanent pilot and a flame-failure safety device.
