Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

26-27 Diesel! Street, Birmingham 5.

THE JARC 50 range of hydraulic brake servicing units is designed for complete investigation and servicing of hydraulic brakes. All existing known couplings and unions are supplied with the kits. A fitter can, single handed, empty the system, pressure test the system to see whether it is leakproof before the fluid is added, check the master cylinder under pressuie, fill the system with fresh fluid and bleed. A system can be bled without pumping the brake pedal and any trapped air is quickly dispersed. There is no wastage of fluid and the possibility of dust or grit entering the system is eliminated.

There are three units in the range comprising the Standard, having a fluid capacity of 1.25ga1, the Fleetserver, with a capacity of 2.5gal and the Junior, which holds lgal of fluid and does not embody an air reservoir. The JARC 50HP tester goes with any of these sets and comprises a gauge which reads up to 2000 psi which is used for testing line pressures and the efficiency of pressure-regulating valves.

Designed for systems having vacuum r assistance, the JARC Servac tester (which includes the HP tester) is said to be capable of diagnosing every known fault in a servo system. The efficiency of an exhauster with regard to its ability to provide a vacuum and the reaction of the non-return valve can be tested together with the soundness of the reservoir and the accuracy of the dashboard gauge.

The company produces the JARC 50 Air Brake Tester for the investigation of air-pressure systems and it is also supplied with a complete set of fittings. It can be employed for testing brake valves, unloader valves, reaction valves and relief valves without dismantling. And it can be used to check the soundness of pipelines, brake chambers and reservoirs in addition to the effectiveness of the compressor and the accuracy of panel gauges.
