• An item in the March 26 issue of CM, dealing with new legislation affecting rubbish skips left on the highway, stated that new regulations were now in force. This was incorrect. The Highways Bill has passed through the Commons and completed its second reading in the Lords but has yet to pass through the Lords committee stage and third reading and the report stage in the Commons.
