Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Application's are invited for a Rees Jeffreys Studentship at the London School of Economics, to enable a candidate to devote at least a year to full-time research into the Economics of Transport.

The Studentship is worth £750 open to any person who has been engaged in the administration of transport, or in the production of transport equipment or facilities. It will be tenable from October 1 1971, and it is open to the holder of a Studentship to apply for it to be renewed for a second year. All applications must be received not later than May 311971.
