THE Minister of Transport finds " most
disturbing" the Automobile Association's report showing that only about 62 per cent of the traffic on the roads after dark is properly lit. He told MPs this week that he had asked for a copy of the survey on which the report was based• and would consider whether any further action on his part was called for. He stressed that all drivers should see that their lights were properly maintained.
