Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MEMBERS of the Traders' 'Road Transport Association have again been reminded of the need to watch out for local proposals regarding traffic regulation.

At Stowrnarket, members reported that " no-waiting " regulations were to be,introduced. Because it was not clear whether the proposals would affect commercial vehicles, the T.R,T.A. Eastern Counties Area took up the matter with the chief constable.

An assurance has now been given that in its final form the scheme will not interfere with the proper business of persons occupying premises in the " no-waiting " area, and commercial vehicles will be permitted to load and unload.
