to depots. I would like to enter the longdistance field but I am completely inexperienced in sheeting and roping and this. I understand, is essential on this type of work Can you advise me where I can obtain training in this field?! have 10 years' driving experience.

This is not a general type of training but the British School of Motoring in London have a course on heavy goods vehicle driving. Unfortunately, this is some distance from your home and would seem to be out of the question for you.
