Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

With more than 700 tipper movements a day, PODFather electronically manages the entire loading administration by remotely capturing information from sites around the M25. Previously, every procedure was recorded manually, but now each vehicle has a barooded sticker on the side of the cab, and each oils:le 'checker has a site reference barcode on a cord worn around the neck.

When the tipper collects the load, the barcode is scanned on both, generating a unique reference number. The checker then inputs the quantity and material type— eg topsoil, subsoil, or recycled material —onto the system after which the driver signs the PODFather screen to acknowledge receipt.

A paper ticket is generated through a Bluetooth printer and issued to the driver, who presents it to the delivery point checker for confirmation. When tickets are uploaded to the PODFather system, collection and delivery tickets are automatically reconciled and invoices generated before data is archived.

The McArdle Group also uses the COINS construction industry financial management system in order to speed up its cashf low, and employs three, full-time, IT specialists.
