Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

II The Environment Agency is to prosecute the owners of a Derbyshire industrial waste plant after one of its tankers leaked toxic fumes.

Sarp UK has a plant in Killamarsh, near Sheffield, and uses nine company-owned and subcontracted Volvo FI,10s and F1112s to transport chemical loads to and from the site.

On 14 May a company FL10 is said to have driven into the plant and released oxides of nitrogen from its spirit petroleum vacuum tanker, Sarp UK declines to comment on the incident; a court hearing has been scheduled for 19 November.

The prosecution has delighted the 300 members of Residents Against Sarp Pollution, who want the waste plant to be closed down because of the leak.
