• A major shake-up is to take place in Iveco Ford Truck's dealer network with many dealers set to lose their heavy truck specialist dealer status.
The move will coincide with the UK launch of the EttroTech tractor range ahead of the introduction next spring of the new SuperCargo 17-tonner.
The network's remaining specialist heavy truck dealers will gain bigger territories. Money will be provided to improve workshops and staff will be retrained.
El most 1,000 Ford and Iveco Ford dealers in the UK, are to be linked with head office via satellite. The system will be fully operational by the end of the year.
