Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AWHOLE series of ambitious " Sleepcoach" tours has been planned by a London tour operator, employing German-built coaches fitted with adaptable seating designed by Herr Nickel, of Nickel Reiseburo. The tours have been arranged by Intercontinental Sleepcoach Tours, in partnership with Herr Nickel. The company is .located at 216 Earls Court Road, London SW5.

Mention that sleeper coaches had gone into production in Germany was made in The Commercial Motor, December 18, 1964, when illustrations of a prototype were published. However, in order to promote the new tours, one of these coaches is at present demonstrating in this country, under special dispensation. The coach, which•will be described more fully next week, together with the implications of its possible use in this country, leaves on October 14 on the first of the new tours—a 21-day tour of the Middle East. No transport operator who runs overnight express services in this country should miss the opportunity of seeing this interesting vehicle before it leaves next Thursday.

After the inaugural Middle East tour, a series of 14-day "Ski-Express" holidays will be operated, starting on December 21. By travelling through the night, asleep, skiers will be able to enjoy the maximum amount of time at their ultimate destination, the Austrian resort of Ellmau. Inclusive price of the Ski tour is £30. Next year the company hopes to operate further Middle East tours, and also Grand Continental Sleepcoach tours during the high season when 'the heat in the Middle East becomes oppressive. It is hoped to operate a direct express service between London and Beirut next year, at a cost of £35 single, or £60 period return, using a

second Sleepeoach. •F.K.M.
