Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A MOBILE exhibition unit, 30 ft. long and incorporating a printing office, has recently been put into service by Eastern Counties Newspapers • Ltd., of Norwich. This is to promote sales of the company's publications, which include the Eastern Daily Press. the Eastern Evening News, the Norwich Mercury series and the weekly Farming World. By using this vehicle the company will ensure a better late news and sports results coverage for their daily newspapers.

Based on a standard 17 ft. 1 in.-wheelbase, 7-ton Austin FHK140 chassis/scuttle with a 3 ft, 9 in. Baico extension, the body is divided into three compartments. These are a print room, a reception office (with eight seats) and a work room, which contains a calor-gas cooker, stainless-steel basin (with hot and cold water); the work room can be adapted quickly for use as a darkroom.

The vehicle, which has an underfloor 5.7-litre BMC diesel engine, was built by Bonallack Refrigerated Vehicles Ltd., of Basildon, Essex: it is 30 ft. 6 in. long, 10 ft. 61n. high and 8 ft. wide. Exterior panelling is of alloy sheet, while the interior is of plastics-faced hardboard. All three compartments. as well as the driver's cab, have direct internal access to one another by means of sliding or hinged doors, thus facilitating free movement within the vehicle of employees working in it whilst covering events.

An unusual feature is that the nearside wall of the print room is top hinged and lifts up to form a canopy over a collapsible balcony with approach steps at front and rear. This whole unit is stored inside the print room when the vehicle is on the road. All three compartments are well equipped and power for both the printing machine and lighting is supplied by an Onan generating set or, alternatively, may be drawn from a mains supply.
