Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

HULL-BASED FRUIT and vegetable merchant Dennis Butler has acquired its first Euro-4 Mitsubishi Fuso Canter 7C18. The 180hp Canter, supplied by Mercedes-Benz dealer H and L Garages, is fitted with a Boalloy curtainsider body; it replaces a Mercedes Atego.

Transport manager Paul Mennell says: "The Atego is a topquality truck and I don't expect the Canter to last as well. But what the Canter does offer over every other 7.5-tonner on the market is a fantastic payload. It will carry comfortably in excess of 3.5 tonnes and that's the best part of a tonne more than the Atego.

"We're not travelling great distances up and down the motorways so payload productivity is the key for our business."

Butler's fleet comprises eight Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and eight 7.5-tonners; it recently took delivery of a high-roofed, long-wheelbase Mercedes Sprinter 311CDI van.
