m A six-month trial by the Highways Agency to help hauliers save money through avoiding motorway troublespots has been launched in and around Bristol.

The Video Information Highway trial, which began on 1 November, aims to deliver data from CCTV camera images direct to road users via local television and radio and the Internet.
