• London Regional Transport is extending its use of one person operated buses to 78% of London routes, in a bid to minimise operating costs. For the first time, one person operated buses will operate on the 113 route which passes down Oxford Street, and on route 24 which passes along Tottenham Court Road.

• A new leaflet has been published by the Council for Small Industries in Rural Areas (CoSIRA) aimed at country transport operators.
