Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A MISLEADING error appears under the heading Quality Counts in your News Digest (November 1). As is quite clear from both that heading and the main item on page four, the RHA's policy is that quality control is the correct way ahead. To credit the RHA's director-general with the statement that "quality control {is] not the right path to choose" could not be more wrong.

J. OCKENDEN, Head of Communications Road Haulage Association London, WC1 For "quality" read "quantity" in the digest. The Editorial (page 2) and news story (page 4) clarify the matter — Editor.
