• Securicor has merged its Omega Express and Pony Express businesses, but says redundancies will be no more than "single figures" and that drivers' jobs are safe.
The merger is part of a wider restructuring within Securicor's distribution arm, which employs 10,500 people and operates more than 6,500 vehicles.
