Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Hauliers owed 242,000 by Norfolk freight forwarder Transport Advantage Service, which went into voluntary liquidation last week, are being warned that their chance of receiving cash depends on the outcome of a dispute over the company's assets.

The freight forwarder, based in Hethersett, Norfolk, was placed in voluntary liquidation following a creditors' meeting last week. It has debts of 260,000, of which some 242,000 is owed to hauliers.

Norwich-based Martin & Acock, which is handling the liquidation, says that the likelihood of hauliers getting their money back is "dependent on the realisation of its only asset, book debtors, which is in dispute".
